-All returns must be accompanied by the original ES Lacrosse receipt.

-All returns must occur within a six (6) months of original purchase.

-Clearance items may be returned within six (6) months of original purchase for an in-store credit only.

-Door Busters and close-out sales are final and not under warranty.

-We will make every attempt to immediately replace the warranted item.  However, East Side Lacrosse may not have an exact replacement in stock.

 -The manufacturers warrant that new heads are free from defects during normal use for six (6) months from date of original purchase. Altering the Head (including but not limited to: pinching, dying, melting, or bending) voids the warranty.

-Stringing components are not covered by warranty.

-The manufacturers warrant that new handles will be free from defects including severe bends or breakage during normal use for six (6) months from date of original purchase. Dents, dings and scratches may occur during normal use and are not covered under warranty.

-String King, Titanium Defense handles are warranted for ninety (90) days from date of original purchase.

–Aluminum 6000 handles are not covered under warranty.

–Helmets are guaranteed to be free from defects for one (1) year of normal use.

-Protective Pads are guaranteed to be free from defects for thirty (30) days of normal use.

-This warranty policy covers a one time replacement on the original purchased item only.

-We cannot accept merchandise purchased from other retailers.
